Between-Meeting Motions

Conducted as Electronic Meetings under the Eighth Street Community Bylaws, Article II, §3(e). Notice of a motion must be sent to all board members at least three days before voting closes, and comments must be shared with all members — use each motion’s Discussion & Notes field (visible to everyone) or reply-all by email. A vote is valid only with a quorum of one-third of the Board plus one (5 of 10). The Secretary keeps the record, and results are ratified at the next regular meeting.
