- 1Bridge to 100 Update & FeedbackDavid Pumpelly presented update. Bill and Brenda Roark provided positive feedback. Torch indicated potential participation (most 2025 budget already allocated). Launch target: approximately April 15th. Strategies discussed: website, newsletter, social media, local media, Scout Guide.
- 2Day Program — The Livin’ Room PartnershipDiscussed potential daycare/day program in partnership with The Livin’ Room. Shared utility and material costs. Modeling partially on Annandale Village. Target start: August (if funding allows). Daily cost estimated at $100–120. Respite rate set at $150/day with $175 application fee.
- 3Healthcare for ResidentsDiscussed challenge of finding appropriate healthcare providers. Explored UAB intern option. Agreed a dedicated on-site medical space would be beneficial.
- 4Internship ProgramUpdated on existing internships (Oakwood College). Plan to create documentation, post on website, define ideal candidate profile (behavioral sciences, healthcare for IDD).
- 5Facility Relocation & Long-Term PlanningDiscussed rising real estate costs and long-term viability of current location. Potential acquisition of Livin’ Room building for admin space and program expansion noted.
