- 1Bridge to 100 UpdateDavid Pumpelly reported significant progress with AI assistance on the three-year plan. Final draft to be shared after feedback from Bill Roark. Plan includes tiered donor levels and supporting infrastructure. Susan to work with Jordan on creating web pages.
- 2Love Grows Here Planning14 tables available. Pricing: $175 for one open seat, $700 for two assigned seats. Buffet-style dinner. Venturi as presenting sponsor ($8,000). Pumpellys donating Sewanee house for auction. Needed: 7 table sponsors.

Mission Impact
- January’s planning meeting kicked off the vision of “Bridge to 100” — a capital campaign to enhance both services and number of residents served.
- Meeting with the Livin’ Room set to discuss a Day Support Program for disabled adults.
Financial Overview
- Financial documents attached. Program Income up from last year due to resident payment increases. Six residents paying full cost of care.
- Approved to receive $40K (in $10,000 installments) from Asbury again this year.
- Frauded account issues ongoing; Redstone has added extra security.
- Jane Slocum resigned as part-time accountant. Resume sent to Finance Committee. Bi-weekly payroll begins March 7th.
Operations & HR
- One male approved for new residency — moves in beginning of March.
- New van is a hit with staff and residents.
- Two residents scheduled for discharge soon due to declining health.
- One resident moving to Hank’s House first week of March.
Fundraising
- Love Grows Here — Friday, May 9th @ the Venue at Oak Place. All vendors secured. Table sponsorships and raffle items needed.
